Mambukal Resort is located at Municipality of Murcia It was developed by Japanese architech named Kokichi Ishiwata. At first it was just a bath house and a picnic garden.

Mambukal mouintain resort has many beautiful sites. It is ideal for family outings, seminars, and special occassions.

It has a hot sulfuric pool near camping grounds. The sulfur content of red mud by the sulfuric pool was used to make good mudpack. And used to treat skin diseases. And has different kinds of trees with pines, ferns, and if you love orchids you can see there different kinds of orchids.

You can see sets of swimming pools, picnic shelters, ponds, butterfly garden, and many rental rooms where you can stay overnight.

You  can do many activities, like boating trip, mountain hike trails, wall climbing and zipline. And climb the mountain to see the seven waterfalls.

I recommend you to stay overnight for you to experience the cold weather at night because it is the perfect time for you to unwind.

For commuters you can ride in a Cebro, it is a non-airconditioned mini-bus at the terminal in Libertad Market. Fare is around 40php. Entrance fee at Mambukal Resort for adults is 50php. Cottages is around 400php -1,000php it depends on the size of the cottage. And ofcourse for overnight stay the air-conditioned rooms cost 1,200php - 3,000php and again it depends on the size.
